STEP 1: Seach in any Browser type “ICICI BANK LOGIN” and go to internet logging page as mentioned in below image.
STEP 2: Click on “LOGIN” option at the top. If you’re not aware of your current user ID and password, then you can click on this link and login directly to ICICI bank and you’ll receive your default system generated user ID and password.
STEP 3: Put your current “user-id and password” to login.

STEP 6: Click on update User ID (If you don’t see user-id change option in internet banking, then you have already changed the user-id previously)
STEP 7: You can see your old User ID, Please provide New User ID and Confirm New User ID as mentioned
SREP 8: As you can see the message that “User ID has been changed successfully”
