Step 1: Open your HDFC bank application on your iOS or Apple device as you can see in the below image, once you login to your HDFC bank account, just there is on top three line new.
Just click on that and under that you can find credit card section. Basically it is card option just click on that and your credit card section will open in the step two as you can below.
Step 2: Once you click on that card sections will open in this card, sections will be having multiple cards options such as credit card option, debit card option on loan account options. So my case I will be using my credit card reward points to read them.
In your case, if you want to do for your debit card or loan account then you can select that so will move forward by selecting the credit card option in the top and I will select my first credit card as you can see it is money bank plus Visa credit card.
Step 3: if you scroll down completely in the card sections by selecting the card, then will find multiple options here as you can see the actions option. So under this you can find reedem reward points option. Just click on that and proceed further for the redemption of your reward points into cash.
Step 4: Here you can see I am on homepage of reward points. Now if you could see in my case I have 2022 reward points so I want to reading this reward points into cash. So if you could see below, there are multiple options like product category, instant vouchers cash and airmiles. In my case I will go for Cash redemption so I will select the third option cash and proceed further.
Step 5: here you can see ready to read them. Cash option is available here now if you could see, I have 2022 reward points so that is equivalent to 404 rupees now in the below below box, I have to mention the reward points and it will automatically converted to rupees and then I will be eligible to redeem the reward points. In the yellow box, I have mention 202 to reward points which is equal into 404 rupees and I will click further for hdfc rewards points redemption.
Step 6: in this time, just confirm the terms and condition as you can see and take the boxes and click on redeem now at the bottom of the page and proceed further.
Step 7: At last you can see that my redemption request has been approved by HDFC Rewards Points portal and also you can see the order number. Now once the redemption request has been submitted, then it will take around 3 to 4 days to get credited to your bank account immediately without any further notice or assistance.
