Step 1: Open the One card APP and click on PROFILE Gear Icon. In the below image you can see the homepage for the credit card section.

So here you can see your basic credit card details such as available limit on your card, due balance, due date and also you can see the offers section on the home page itself. In the offer section you can see the credit limit increase option

Step 2: If you are eligible for LIMIT enhancements, then you can see this below option

If not, you have to wait until you see these offers, usually it will take some time to get the offer listed in your App.

Step 3: See the offers, accept the terms and conditions then click on Increase Credit Limit.

Once done, your limit will be increased and you’re now ready to go to use your card with multiple transaction options, EMI conversion and also for higher product purchase up to the limit offered by one metal credit card.

Step 4: You can see that your limit has been exceeded.

Note: Every 6 months One metal credit card will give options to limit increase option, but it also differs from customer to customer. If you are not eligible for this offer, you can wait until you get offer. Once offer is valid on the credit card then you will be notified by email or SMS on your registered email-ID and Mobile number.
