Activate UAN: Step by Step Complete Guide
You must first activate your UAN before you can check your PF balance. If you’ve never activated your UAN before, you must undertake this rather straightforward procedure. You’ll be able to check your PF balance once you’ve activated UAN.
- Go To Any Browser and Type EPFO as you can see in the below image.
- Open the first link and you will land on the below page.
- Click on services and then select For employees option
- Below You Can See this Option Member UAN/Online Service
- At the right corner you can see Can See the Activate UAN option, just click on that.
- Put your details which are linked and accurate with your employer. Details such as your registered, mobile number with the employer e-mail ID, Aadhaar and pan and also make sure your date of birth and status is correct and accurate.
Activate UAN
- OTP will be sent to Aadhar’s registered mobile number. Put OTP and proceed further on the next step. Also if your email ID is registered with other, then the OTP will also get on your email as well.
- UAN will be activated, the password will be sent to the registered mobile number, and you must reset your password. After you reset your password, you can login again to EPFO.
- After resetting your password go back to the login page.
- Now successfully you have logged into your EPFO Portal and check your required details like passbook, account details, online services etc.
